Appointment Booking Clients may schedule appointments through: * Phone * Text * Online booking system * Email Appointments are not confirmed until the client receives confirmation. New Clients All new clients must complete: * Intake Forms * Health History Forms * Consent to Treatment Forms * Privacy Acknowledgment Forms before services are provided. ⸻ Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations A minimum of 24-hour notice is required. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-Shows Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated Violations After two no-shows or late cancellations, prepayment may be required for future appointments. ⸻ Arrival Policy Clients should arrive: * 10-15 minutes early for first appointments * 5 minutes early for follow-up appointments Late arrivals may result in: * Shortened treatment time * Full appointment charges ⸻ Payment Policy Accepted Payment Methods: * Cash * Credit/Debit Cards * HSA/FSA Cards (if applicable) * Electronic Payments Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Services may include: * Therapeutic Massage * Medical Massage * Lymphatic Drainage * Lymphedema Management * Post-Operative Recovery Therapy * Scar Tissue Management * Pain Management * Relaxation Massage * Body Contouring Support No diagnosis or medical treatment is provided unless specifically authorized under applicable licensure. ⸻ Professional Boundaries The business maintains strict professional boundaries. The following are prohibited: * Inappropriate behavior * Harassment * Sexual comments or advances * Intoxication during appointments * Disrespectful conduct Services may be terminated immediately if boundaries are violated. ⸻ Clients experiencing: * Fever * Contagious illness * Active infection * Severe skin conditions may be rescheduled until medically cleared. ⸻ Lymphedema & Post-Operative Care Policy Clients receiving lymphedema or post-surgical care must: * Complete specialized intake forms * Disclose all medical conditions * Provide surgeon instructions when applicable * Notify the therapist of complications immediately Medical clearance may be required before treatment. ⸻ Documentation Policy Client records include: * Intake Forms * SOAP Notes * Treatment Plans * Consent Forms * Progress Notes Records are maintained securely in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. ⸻ Privacy & Confidentiality All client information is confidential. Information will only be released: * With written authorization * As required by law * For insurance or healthcare coordination purposes ⸻ Social Media & Marketing Policy Client photos, testimonials, or treatment results may only be used with written consent. No protected health information will be disclosed without authorization. ⸻ Client Complaint Resolution Complaints should be submitted: * In writing * By email * Through management review The business will investigate concerns and respond within 10 business days. ⸻ Refund Policy Because services are performed at the time of appointment: * Services rendered are non-refundable. * Prepaid packages may be refunded according to package agreements. * Gift certificates are non-refundable.
